Shipping & Delivery

  • How much do you charge for delivery? 
    - We charge a flat rate of $10 SGD per delivery. For orders above $80 SGD, you will be entitled to free delivery.  Please note that for deliveries to Sentosa, Tuas and Jurong Island, free delivery is not applicable and a delivery charge of $15 SGD will be incurred. 
  • What are your delivery timings? 
    - Delivery is only available on Tuesdays 1-5pm, 5-9 pm or on Fridays 1-5pm, 5-9 pm.
  • Is there a cutoff date for delivery?
    - Yes, cutoff days for delivery on Tuesdays will be on Sundays and cutoff for delivery on Fridays will be on Wednesdays. If you don't see a particular delivery date, it means that delivery slots have all been taken up. 
    E.g. If you place order on 8th Apr which falls on a Monday, the earliest delivery will be on Friday. 
  • What happens if there is no one at home to receive the delivery at that time? 
    - It is best that you ensure that there is someone at home to receive the delivery during the stated timing. Our meals are delivered frozen and must be kept in the freezer ASAP to ensure freshness. If there is no one at home, please kindly ensure that there is a place for us to deposit the insulated bag. If there is really no one at home on that day, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance and arrange for another delivery day.
