- Are you halal certified?
- No, we are not halal certified. However, we only use halal ingredients
- How is the food being prepared?
- We are WSQ Food Safety certified and SFA licensed. Rest assured, we adhere to the highest food safety standards when preparing food for your little ones.
- Is your food fresh?
- Subscription meals are freshly prepared upon ordering. Depending on the food items, they can be stored for up to 2 months. Every food item will be labelled with a best before date.
- Ala carte items, however, are not made to order. But they will all be shipped with at least one month before the best before date.
- Is there any cooking involved?
- Depending on the meals planned, there might be some light cooking involved (steaming, baking, etc)
- How do I reheat the cooked foods?
- For purees, you can microwave them on high for 1 to 1.5 mins (while frozen) or steam it for 10 to 15 mins (thawed).
- For the rest of the items, please follow the detailed instructions given to reheat the cooked foods.
- What happens if my baby is allergic to certain ingredients but I want to purchase your meals?
- If you are planning to purchase our subscription meals, please reach out to us and let us know your baby's allergies. We will do our best to cater to your requests.

What are your delivery days?
- Our delivery days are on Tuesdays and Fridays. If any of the delivery days fall on a public holiday, we will reach out and inform you of any changes in delivery days.
- What are your delivery timings?
- We have three delivery time slots - 12pm to 3pm, 3pm to 6pm and 6pm to 10pm.
- Why am I unable to choose a certain date for delivery?
- Our delivery days are only on Tuesdays and Fridays and we have limited slots per timing. If you are unable to see a certain delivery time slot, it means that the delivery timing is already taken up. Please go on to choose another delivery date and timing that is available.
- What happens if I am not home during the delivery?
- Please let us know 24 hours in advance if there are change in your plans and there is no one at home to receive the delivery. We can change the delivery date or the delivery timing if the courier has not been booked yet. For changes made within 24 hours of delivery or in the event that a re-delivery is required, a $10 charge would be incurred.

How long can the frozen food last outside?
- As there are no ice packs inside the thermal bag, they can only last for an hour max. at room temperature. If you are outside and need awhile to head home, please prepare an insulated box for the courier to drop off the items.
- Can I postpone/pause my subscription if I'm travelling?
- Yes, please let us know in one week in advance about your travel plans and the period that you want to pause subscription for and we will adjust accordingly. Please note that the menu will be subjected to change in these situations.
- Why is your delivery charge so expensive?
- We use a professional cold truck delivery service to deliver your food to you, ensuring that your food stays fresh and remains frozen for longer hence the charges might seem more expensive but it really isn't :)
- Are your discounts stackable?
- Discounts are strictly non-stackable and cannot be combined with other discount offers or store credits.
